This web site is maintained by the Holiday Estates Maintenance Association (HEMA) Board of Directors. HEMA is the maintenance association for Holiday Lake Estates. Holiday Lake Estates is a hillside community of 512 homes overlooking the southern shore of Lake Anderson in Morgan Hill, CA.
Development of Holiday Lake Estates began in the 1960's. A few lots still remain to be developed. Custom-built homes sit on 1/2 (+ or -) acre lots, have spectacular views and pleasant surroundings of mature live oaks and pines. Silicon Valley, San Francisco, the Monterey Peninsula and Pacific beaches are within easy reach.
